To
start things off my name is Kris Dureau. I have been a client's
off Scott's now for about two years. I first came to Scott
after my first bodybuilding show which was the 2003 Canadian
Musclemania where I placed 4th in the Heavyweight and 5th
in the Novice. After speaking to numerous competitors I had
noticed that all of them kept mentioning that it takes a while
to find out what works and years of trial and error. Well,
needless to say patience is not one of my strong points. I
did not expect to change my physique overnight, but if I could
avoid making mistakes and continuously keep moving forward,
well who wouldn't want that?! That is where Scott came into
the picture. After doing some research about coaches and trainers,
Scott's name kept coming up and I contacted him a couple days
later after the Musclemania.
One year later after training with Scott I competed in the
2004 Musclemania Nationals where I placed 2nd out of 16 contestants
in their biggest heavyweight division ever. I also scored
two photo shoots that day that paid me a considerable sum
and was even picked up at the door of the convention center
in a limo for one of the shoots. I also received numerous
compliments from other competitors on the difference of my
physique in one year. Needless to say, as far as this game
goes, Scott definitely knows his stuff!
I have also tested Mr Abel in numerous ways in the last two
years which has demonstrated his flexibility with his coaching.
What I mean by that is, I work full-time as a Firefighter
and part-time as a paramedic. So my schedule and sleep patterns
are quite different than the normal athlete along with feeding
schedules. I also took up martial arts again putting in anywhere
from 6-8hrs a week and have decided that I am going to start
competing in the Male fitness model competitions instead of
the bodybuilding. With all this I need a program that will
work for my lifestyle and achieve the best results and Scott
has provided me with that and some!!!
Thanks Scott!, looking forward to the future!!
