I have been working with Scott Abel since 1994. The reason I chose Scott as a coach was because of his ability to produce peak conditioned athletes year after year, show after show. With Scott there are no shortcuts. It's hard work on and off season along with very specific contest preparation techniques that create the physiques that win contests. In my opinion, Scott is amongst the most knowledgeable coaches in the bodybuilding world.
