I started with Scott back in 98 just after I won my provincial championships. I had watched the Nationals that year and noticed that all of Scott's athletes looked better than everybody at the Nationals. I also realized that although I was a provincial champion I had a long ways to go to compete at the National level. I hired Scott to help me prepare and it was the best move I made in my bodybuilding career.

Under Scott's guidance I transformed into the athlete I had dreamed of becoming. Although I did not win the show I was extremely happy with the dramatic changes in body. I decided that the hardcore anabolic routine route to pro bodybuilding wasn't for me so I hung up the posing trunks. After the show I moved and set up a successful personal training business, and supplement/suntanning store.

Fast forward to 2002 I decided that I wanted to compete in Natural competitions and because of my spiritual beliefs I would compete as a vegetarian. I hooked up with Scott once more to help me prepare for some shows. I won my class, overall and best poser at the Intersport Westerns and followed it up the following year with an overall win at the Western Canadians, and a class win at the World Qualifier.

I then achieved my dream by competing at the IFBB Mr. Unvierse Contest in Mumbai, India. Competing at the Universe was an awesome experience I will never forget.

I still train personal clients and I market a bodybuilding course over the internet www.freakybignatural.com that caters to people who wish to build muscle and do not wish to anabolics. I still have Scott coaching me as his innervation training continues to influence my training philosophy. I sincerly beleive that's Scott is the premiere competitive bodybuilding coach in the world and his innervation training philosophy is a quantum leap in training science.

I was born in Barbados, lived in Boston and moved to New York in 1992 to go to law school. I have been working with Scott for about six years now and it has been within this period that I have actually realized what I can achieve. Each year with Scott I have seen improvements beyond what I thought. I currently work as a compliance examiner on Wallstreet regulating the industry. I also have a law degree and plan on taking the New York Bar in February 2005.
